Trainings, Consulting & Creative Supervision
Hi, I’m Naïma.
I’m a diversity and inclusion trainer based in Berlin and Copenhagen. I firmly believe that it often takes a small change to make a meaningful impact.
I work with teams, organizations, and individuals across all industries — from creative agencies and film studios to NGOs, universities, and public institutions. Together, we foster more just and equitable collaborations.

Examine how racism manifests in professional environments, and learn practical strategies to recognize and actively counteract discrimination.

Background
More About Me
I am a certified diversity trainer and a talent agent in the film and TV industry. In both my professions, I integrate my knowledge and experience to design and create more just and anti-racist work environments — across all sectors, from higher education and public institutions to NGOs, creative agencies, and the media industry.
Growing up as a Black woman in Berlin, bilingual and deeply interested in different cultures and languages, I gained valuable experience working at Anorak Film, a leading German creative production company. I have several years of expertise in talent management within the media and film industries, specializing in identifying and representing cinematographers and other key creatives.
I hold a B.A. in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and an M.S. in Service Management, Culture, and Creativity Management from Lund University. In my bachelor's thesis, I researched diversity in the production of commercials in Germany, and in my master's thesis, I explored environmental sustainability practices in the film and TV industries of Sweden and Germany. I actively integrate the knowledge gained from this research into my professional work.
